Willard Dow papers
The Willard Dow papers and data consist of materials documenting Dow's research projects at WHOI between 1972 and 1978, with particular emphasis on a deep probe telemetering system that he developed under a contract for the Energy Research and Development Administration (ERDA). Materials include correspondence, proposals, budget information, project reports, and drawings.
James D. Ebert papers
The Ebert scientific papers, dating from 1941 to 2000, are limited to manuscripts, seminar, classroom notes when he was a student and professor, and research notebooks. A few of his awards are included in box 4.
Education Office records
The Education Office records consist of ephemera, correspondence and memoranda, student files, organizational charts, certificates, reports, guides, celebratory materials, brochures, programs and other activities. Also included are some files from the Marine Policy Center.
