Scope and Content Note
Records in the series consist of a variety of material types, including correspondence, notebooks, notes, meeting agenda and minutes, memorandum of agreement, memoranda, newsletters, reports, and proposals, and cover subjects including the organization, formation, and implementation of NECOR, the design of oceanographic research vessels, ship scheduling, a survey of NECOR committee members, and other subjects. The folder labeled "NECOR Notebook" contains much of the material on the formation and organization of NECOR.
