Scope and Content Note
This series spans the years 1934 and 1946 to 1989. Materials include notebooks with notes and computations; lectures; syllabus and course information; plan for a WHOI Exhibit Center; and Bryden Thesis (Stommel on Thesis Committee). At the end of this series are publications inscribed to Henry Stommel and cover pages for journal articles and proposals weeded from the collection.
