Scope and Content Note
The audiocassette recordings of the Congress proceedings were converted to .wav and .mp3 files in November 2012 after it was discovered that the recordings had degraded and were difficult to hear. Using an Optimus 10-band stereo frequency equalizer attached to a Realistic SCT-86 audiocassette player, the recordings were converted using Audacity audio software.
