From the Series:
The WHOI Newsletter started in 1960 as an internal newsletter for notices of general interest within the Institution. It included summaries of WHOI committee reports, ship schedules and positions, visitors to WHOI, new systems, services and procedures, activation and cessation of grants and contracts, notices on meetings, lost and found notices, book acquisitions and other general notices. One copy of each newsletter is kept in the colletion.
