The Electronic Records series consists of photographs and Powerpoint presentations. The photographs include a group of shipboard photographs from an unidentified cruise and images of F. Beecher Wooding. The Powerpoint presentations include one presentation with images of F. Beecher Wooding, and four presentations created by Dan Fornari. The subjects of Fornari's presentations include East Pacific Rise volcanic activity, mapping of the volcanic seafloor at the Galapagos Rift, and a presentation on the NDSF.

The series also contains one Zip disk which has not yet been processed. The disk is labeled "G-PRIME, EW00-04 backup".
