Scope and Content Note
The series consists of conference proceedings (34th conference, 2008), photographs from four conferences (24th in Reykjavik, Iceland (1999), 28th in Mazatlan, Mexico (2003), 32nd in Portland, Oregon (2006) and a SAIL meeting in Ocean Springs, MS (1999)), emails from 1993-present, and video footage from the 2012 meeting in Anchorage, Alaska.

Files were kept in the order in which they were received on CD-ROM, 3.5" floppy disks, and DVDs.
Electronic copies of emails are collated annually in the fall and stored on WHOI server.
