The series consists of material received from Vicky Cullen as accession 2006-02. The files were used by Cullen as research material for the book, Down to the Sea for Science, as well as for planning of various WHOI anniversaries and in the publication of Oceanus magazine. Subjects include people, vessels, buildings and events associated with the history of WHOI. Materials include oral histories, correspondence, articles, promotional materials, photographs and realia.
