Scope and Content Note
The series consists of scientific data collected on cruises aboard Atlantis, Atlantis II, Chain and other ships. Some of the data was collected while in Woods Hole. Topics include harmonic analyses, relative humidity, evaporation, wind and temperature, beakers and hydraulic organ, diurnal harmonic analyses, and diurnal variations. Other materials include a Mediterranean Atlas report, GEOSECS drawings, graphs, and data from Planet 8, the Mediterranean, the Red Sea, the Baltic, and the South Atlantic.

Physical Characteristics or Technical Requirements
Most of the data records are on acidic continuous computer paper which has been refolded to fit into the folders. Two logs containing data are original bound notebooks.
